Accepted risk status
This status allows organizations to acknowledge certain vulnerabilities but choose not to remediate them immediately, instead opting to monitor and manage these risks over time in alignment with their risk tolerance and mitigation strategies.
Known traffic origin
We have implemented a static pool of IP addresses for machine hacking purposes, providing organizations with the capability to easily recognize and whitelist our traffic, alongside our user agents. If you are a customer, please don't hesitate to contact us to obtain this list.
Severity change requests
We have introduced support for severity adjustment requests. If you disagree with the severity level assigned to a finding, you can easily modify the finding properties, and our team will review the new severity within its current context. This process also contributes to enhancing the accuracy of classifications for future findings.
