Configuring Ethiack with your organization JIRA Cloud allows you to automatically transform Ethiack's findings into JIRA tickets. Here's how to configure it.

Now Ethiack allows you to integrate Ethiack with your JIRA Cloud and automate the process of transforming new vulnerabilities found by Ethiack into new JIRA tickets.
How can you do it? Let's see!
Configuration
- Login on Ethiack platform.
- Go to Settings and click on Integrations.
- Click in Add to Jira.
- Now login in your Jira platform and start setting it up!
- While setting it up, you will be presented with the permissions we will need:

- Once these permissions have been given, the user is asked for their cloudID, project and Done status.
- The cloudID and project are used to define which Jira cloud project Ethiack will integrate with.
- The done status is the status used by your Jira flow to represent that a finding is fixed.
- Example: If the status defined is Done, as soon as a finding is marked as Fixed in our portal, the corresponding issue in Jira Coud will switch to Done. If you move the issue to Done on your Jira Cloud, the finding will be marked as Fixed in our portal.
