Impersonating an organization via a partner portal is crucial for efficient operations, enhanced customer service, and secure, accountable management. It allows partners to access and manage resources on behalf of the organization.
Impersonating an organization via a partner portal allows partners to seamlessly access and manage resources as if they were part of the organization. This functionality is essential for streamlining operations, improving customer support, and ensuring secure, accountable interactions between partners and the organization, thereby enhancing overall collaboration and efficiency.
In order to impersonate an Organization, please follow the next few steps:
- Login on your account as a Partner.
- Now go to Hacking Center, just click in the option that pops up to you.
- It will appear the organizations that you have access to. Please select the one you want to Impersonate.
- Now that you selected the organization a similar dashboard should appear to you. You should click on Login as Organization to Impersonate it.
- After you Login as Organization you can work as if you were inside an Organization account.
Additional Note: By default Impersonation is enabled for all organizations, but if an Organization prefers not to allow the partner to Impersonate them, they can disable that feature.

- To disable impersonation an Organization must go to Settings > Preferences a deselect the Allow Partner to login to YOUR ORG account.
