Lead hackers are the team captains of hacking events
They are responsible for keeping the motivation on top 💯
Primary responsibilities during the event include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing the scope and briefing the team
- Tracking the overall progress (example: shared spreadsheet)
- Guiding the team and making sure all hackers are collaborating
- Giving the customer weekly updates about the progress via Discord
- Alerting the customer and the Ethiack team when something goes wrong or is not working properly (example: service goes down)
- Submitting a final report with an overall impact analysis and discussion of results
